How can I make sure my book turns out great?

Although the required minimum resolution for your images is 120dpi, the optimum resolution is 300dpi. Be sure to check your proof pages; depending on the brightness setting of your monitor, the outcome may be slightly darker than your proof pages.

How do I check my order status?

How long will my order take to arrive?

It typically takes 4-8 working days for us to reach you. Peak seasons (such as Christmas) would take an additional 1-2 working days. This production time may not be applicable to bulk orders.Click here for more information.

Do I get discounts on bulk orders?

Volume discounts depend on your book style, size and final quantity. If you plan to order 10 or more copies of a book, please contact us for a quotation.
